Lunch includes plenty of traditional Louisiana favorites: seafood gumbo & rice, potato salad, field greens with plenty of salad additions and dressings, fried catfish, fried chicken, muffalettas, veggie wraps, and Zapp’s chips. Finish it off with a selection of southern pies—apple, cherry, pecan, and lemon. Hmmhmmm!
